New Year’s Eve is not just the beginning of a new year, but an invitation to remember the moments that have shaped us and to toast to those that will help us become what we dream to be. And since the first steps of that future begin on this very night, at Collina Luxury Relais we have designed an exclusive and refined evening, immersed in a magical atmosphere, to celebrate this new beginning together.

Imagine arriving at our relais and being immediately enveloped by a unique ambiance: among the warm glow of fire pits, a welcome aperitif awaits you at La Rotonda Champagnerie, with glasses of Champagne, oysters, caviar, and a selection of exquisite finger foods.

Then, let yourself be guided into elegantly set dining rooms, where every detail of the service is attended to with the utmost care. The dinner becomes a true journey of flavors: appetizers and amuse-bouches served family-style, two refined first courses, a surprising main course, and dreamlike desserts.

As the clock strikes 11 PM, the atmosphere bursts into celebration. The panoramic terrace becomes the stage for a breathtaking midnight toast accompanied by a professional fireworks display, while the sounds of DJ Massimo Alberti, directly from the RTL 102.5 program ’70 ’80 ’90, fill the night with energy and rhythm.

A midnight buffet featuring Crêpe Suzette, cotechino with lentils, and many other delicacies allows each guest to enjoy treats while the evening continues with music, toasts, and celebration.

A true journey of taste, music, and fun, set in an elegant and welcoming environment, with impeccable service and surrounded by a breathtaking panorama. Everything one could desire, all in one place.

Included in the evening: all dishes and accompanying drinks served during the dinner (additional drinks available at the bar for purchase).

€280 per person (15 years and older)

€100 for children aged 4 to 14

Payment conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival. A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show, the full amount of the evening will be charged.
