"Beides", translated from German as "both", perfectly represents our chefs Dario and Caterina, who together manage the Collina Luxury Relais' restaurant. With a culinary offering that ranges from tasting menus to à la carte dishes, we combine their experiences by expertly creating more innovative proposals with traditional dishes to satisfy the tastes of an international clientele.

Caterina Vosti is a talented chef with consolidated culinary experience, characterized by collaborations with internationally renowned chefs and a constant commitment to raising the level of her way of interpreting cuisine. Her career took her to New York, where she worked at Daniel Humm's "Eleven Madison Park", and later to Frankfurt at Villa Kennedy. For the past two years, she has been Executive Chef at the Tschuggen Group Hotel Eden Roc Ascona.

Dario Gaiti, a local and connoisseur of the Seriana Valley and part of the family, serves as Executive Chef at our restaurant. His extensive culinary experience, is distinguished by his constant commitment to research and development of new dishes and combinations. After gaining experience as Junior Sous Chef at Giardino Hotel in Ascona and Sous Chef at Villa Kennedy, Dario chose to return to Italy to contribute to his family's project.
